• The pinot grigio grape is neither white nor blue. It is light red in color. And therefore extremely suitable for the production of rosé. In the case of Gato Negro, the grapes come from the Chilean Central Valley. To ensure that the final wine is as fresh and fruity as possible, the grapes are harvested at night. To be sure, this Gato Negro wine gets a small dash of malbec. That gives it its refined pink color. All sugars in the wine are converted into alcohol. This results in a dry wine. It is floral with aromas of apricots and citrus fruits. Serve with a salad with tuna. Also tasty with pasta with salmon or poultry such as chicken.
