• The Chilean Gato Negro wines are named after the cat of the first winemaker of this series. Meanwhile, we are more than 55 years further and the Gato Negro series has expanded considerably. The wines are exported to more than eighty countries around the world. And every second two bottles of Gato Negro are opened. With such a success story, a chardonnay should of course not be missing. This grape variety has its origins in French Burgundy, but can now be found all over the world. This is also the case in the Chilean Central Valley. In this full-bodied dry white wine you can taste the exotic taste of peach, banana and vanilla. Serve it with creamy pasta dishes, fatty fish such as salmon or with shellfish.
