Description

• The chardonnay grapes from which this wine is made come from a vineyard with soil rich in clay, sand, limestone and pebbles. To give the wine extra depth, it is briefly aged in oak barrels. This gives the taste of vanilla and caramel to this dry white wine. You will also taste peach, apricot and roasted nuts. The wine is floral with a lot of length and a good balance. Delicious with soft cheeses, smoked salmon, chicken dishes or pan-fried fish with a creamy sauce.
