Mix for pastry cream
Making pastry cream becomes a piece of cake with this mix. With Dr. Oetker, your yellow cream or creme patissiere simply cannot fail. It is the perfect base for anyone who bakes regularly. From soezendeeg to fruit tart and from pudding bread filling to eclairs. You can go in many different directions with it. Which side do you choose? Baking with pastry cream is also possible! Then replace the milk with 400 milliliters of milk and 1 egg and bake your tastiest creation. And for the vegan pastry cream: replace the milk with 350 milliliters of soy drink (or another vegetable drink) and enjoy the yellow cream that makes your baked goods so much tastier!
