Description
Dried pork product with beef collagen
The Rotterdammer is a dry sausage and has a coarse structure. Delicious to cut into slices on the snack board. The hanging eye offers dynamic presentation possibilities in the shelf.
This cervelat sausage initially enjoyed great popularity among the sailors from the port of Rotterdam. They took this durable product with them as food for on the go during their long sea voyages. Compaxo soon named this sausage after the Maasstad.
