Beemster Young Matured is a naturally matured cheese, with a smooth and refined taste.
Real cheese comes from the Beemster. That cheese is prepared with 100% fresh North-Holland meadow milk. We make it in the Beemster polder, because that is where our cheese factory is located. In the entire chain, attention is paid to people, animals and the environment. From grass sprout to cheese. From farmer to cheese maker. We remain true to traditions, such as manually stirring the curd and naturally ripening the cheese. In addition, our Beemster cheese is made completely climate neutral! In other words, good care for our world. Then the grass is the best, the cow is healthy, the milk is of the best quality, the farmer is happy and the cheese is the tastiest!
