Rice oil is a mild and neutral oil ideal for salads and dressings. Thanks to the high smoke point, it is particularly suitable for stir-frying, fondue, BBQ and frying. Rich in plant sterols and vitamin E. Rice oil is obtained from the nutritious silver skins of rice.
