• Pâpidoux Fine Calvados is a Calvados with a hearty aroma and a delicately fresh apple note. It matures for over three years in oak barrels, which gives it its light golden color and its mild, harmonious taste.
• Depending on the occasion, connoisseurs can choose from one of the four Pâpidoux Calvados qualities. Regardless of which one you choose, Pâpidoux is best enjoyed lukewarm, especially as a digestif or between courses as a "Trou Normand" (Norman hole).
